Easitrack School Management Hub (the "Service") is provided by Inulewa Akinjayeju, trading as Herlex Educonsult, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and you are contracting with Herlex Educonsult.
Easitrack School Management Hub is cloud software that helps schools manage student records, admissions, attendance, academics, fees, staff and reporting. Features available to your school depend on the plan you choose.
If you register on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that school. You must be of legal age, provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service, including:
Your school owns the records it enters. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consents needed for the pupil, parent and staff data you upload.
We retain all rights in the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan for the duration of your subscription.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service does not replace emergency services, medical assistance or mandatory safeguarding reporting procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination your school has 30 days to export its data, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms and will notify account holders of material changes. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a business sale or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
